About:

This package first provides an audit of a single page of your website, usually the Home page.

I then look through other pages of your website looking for other WCAG 2.0 compliance issues. I look particularly for pages that include things not shown on the first page tested. For instance I will always look for an input form - maybe a registration form, if there is one, or maybe the Contact Us page. I look for complex components that in my experience usually have accessibility issues. But this package does not cover a full test of those pages. It includes only what can be covered in a single day of testing.

Testing is for Level AA of the WCAG 2.0, the usual level for most websites, or Level AAA as required.

I test using:

• manual exploratory testing for visual issues
• screen reader testing by a screen reader (JAWS, which is the most popular screen reader among blind people)
• other accessibility tools as appropriate.

The report you receive will list all issues found, and detailed instructions for your developers on how to fix those issues (providing the reason is evident from the markup). And it will explain why they are issues and who benefits from fixing them.
