I have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Most of the projects I have completed in last years are Application development and release on appexchange for a wide user base. These generic apps have led to lot of challenges as everyone tries to install and test them and give their feedback.

I was able to come up with a solid Delivery Management Process. Here are the list of task which I perform.

1. Expert Quality Assurance process and best practices.

2. Go through Requirement docs. Ask questions.

3. Prepare Use Case Scenarios and end to end testing documents.

4. Write Test classes.

5. Manual Testing: Package Testing, Feature Testing, Full copy sandbox testing.

6. Bug Fixing: Quick first hand bug fixing. Apex, Java script, trigger, WF etc.

7. Delivery Testing: Black box testing, white box testing, Smoke Testing.

8. Automated Testing if Needed: Writing Selenium Scripts.

9. Package Installation and Test Org setup. Test Data Setup.

10. Non Critical Deployments.

11. Training videos and documentation for a heavily customized Salesforce implementation
