Hello there!
My name is Pranoy and I work as a software developer in a German IT firm.
In the last 2 years I have gained immense experience as a software tester too. I am involved in developing automation frameworks to detect if solved-bugs come back....so I can say that 'good quality costs more but poor quality costs even more!'
I will test your (non mobile) website/app's usability from a user's point of view.
During testing, I will concentrate on the following areas :
1. Functional testing
2. Navigational testing
3. Analyzing color/font scheme
4. Analyzing web design
5. Analyzing content quality
6. (Basic) Performance testing
If the client asks or when there is an actual need, I will be recording videos of the bugs that would be discovered during testing phase.
If possible, I will also be suggesting improvements on issues that I encounter or find to be unpleasant (from a users perspective).
In the end I will deliver:
- A detail pdf Report (Issues and Suggestions)
- Annotated Screenshots
